I called on a Saturday afternoon at 2:00 PM and Frank Brancato moved heaven and earth to get me in at 2:30 PM, to resolve the problem and get me back out by 3:30 PM. I really appreciated his extra effort. It's this type of superlative service that distinguishes BMW Gallery Norwell.
Two other things impressed me. First, they signed me up for the new rewards program. With 3 BMW's, this should be a significant benefit. Second, it was also nice to have my salesman Greg Dolabany go out of his way to come over and check with me about the status of our newly acquired 2012 X-3. It made me feel like my loyalty/patronage are appreciated.
